Delete Your ZenZ IAS Account

To permanently delete your ZenZ IAS account and all associated data:

1. Open the ZenZ IAS app or visit zenzias.com and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Account
3. Select “Delete my account”, type DELETE to confirm, and select “Permanently delete”

This immediately and permanently deletes your account along with your study progress, notes, bookmarks, and test history. This action cannot be undone.

If you’re unable to access your account, email contact@zenzias.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account, and we’ll process your deletion request within 30 days.

Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law, even after account deletion. All other personal data (profile info, study data, notes) is permanently removed upon deletion.
